Christmas in Paradise guarantees 100% customer satisfaction.  If a return is necessary you have 30 days to return your item.  Please contact us by phone or email before returning an item.  An item returned without consent from us will be refused. Please return items to Christmas in Paradise , Customer Service Returns, 204 Park St , Gardiner MT 59030 .  Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless we sent you the wrong item or we ask you to return a damaged item. Your item must be returned with insurance.  The items must be in their original condition and packing material.  If requesting a refund a credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned items. If you paid by check or money order we will refund you with a company check after seven days of receiving the returned items.  Credit can take up to two billing cycles to show up on your credit card. 

If we sent you the wrong item we will pay all shipping costs to return it to us.

Please notify us about damaged items within 7 days of receiving your items. You may email us at info@christmasinparadise.com or call us toll free 1-866-848-SNOW (7669) so we can arrange to have the item returned and replaced. 

    -Please keep all original packaging and boxes until you are sure that your items are not damaged.                         

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

At this time we ship all our items by United States Postal Service usually by Priority Mail.  We usually are able to ship out within 24-48 business hours after receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.  Usually you will receive it in much less time! We are not able to ship on Saturdays (except December) as we are in a rural area.  We do ship outside the United States .  Please email, call or fax for shipping costs outside the United States before placing your order. We will make the shipping cost adjusts to your order at our end. 

USPS Shipments:

United States Priority Shipping includes insurance and delivery confirmation.  Priority shipping from Gardiner Mt usually takes 2-3 days within the continental US.  Shipments to Alaska , Hawaii , Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands generally take 3 days.
